After 10 years in public education, Kerri attended South Texas College of Law. Kerri served as President of the Fort Bend Bar Association in 2017 and is actively involved in the Katy Bar Association. She proudly serves as vice president of Fort Bend Lawyers Care, where she has served as a director for the past 3 years. Her legal background includes Contested and Uncontested Probate Matters, Estate Planning and Trusts, Family Law and Divorce, Elder Law, Medicaid, Special Needs Planning, Contested and Uncontested Guardianship, Estate Administration, Post-Death Property Transfers, and Mental Health Issues. For Kerri, practicing law consists of two critical components: advocacy and caring counsel. Kerri has personally been through the difficult decisions that the senior and their families experience and understands that these decisions must be handled with respect, dignity, understanding, and clear counsel. Kerri believes that caring counsel is necessary when advocating for families and children in the divorce process. As a mother of three adult children and one beautiful elementary age daughter, Kerri understands that families are often managing many emotional and financial decisions as they handle their life journeys.
Kerri is an active member and past President of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, member of the Katy Bar Association, the Disability and Elder Law Attorney Association, and the Katy Lady Lawyers Social Society. She is also actively involved in Katy ISD schools, her church, and the Katy community.
Associate Attorney

Dante’s journey into law began in the early 2000s. She was first hired as a law firm receptionist while pursuing a career in modeling and acting. As her interest in law grew, she transitioned from receptionist to legal assistant and then later to study law at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. After graduating Cum Laude, Dante practiced in the areas of Family Law, Defense Litigation, Real Estate, and Entertainment Law. Before joining the Graham Law Group in 2019, Dante worked with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas. These experiences have made her a great asset to the Graham Law Group team. Her knowledge and caring heart are apparent in the way she approaches each client’s needs with understanding.
Dante is a mother of two children and enjoys family outings, working out, and being active in her church’s worship and arts ministry.
Dante has been awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Motion Practice, Texas Property Law and Entertainment Law. She is an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Katy Bar Association, and the Fort Bend Bar Association.
Senior Paralegal
Before joining Kerri’s team in 2016, Robert proudly served a California non-profit providing for the needs of children around the world. During his time there, Robert used his data management and accounting skills to obtain federal grants which provided wheelchairs for children in third-world countries. As part of this task, Robert flew to India to personally deliver the much-needed medical equipment to the beneficiaries. These experiences aid him daily as he handles his tasks as a paralegal in the areas of Litigation, Family Law, and Estate Planning. Robert believes that details are important and carries out client service with excellence! Outside of work, his interests include spending time with his son, CrossFit, and reading.
Paralegal
Having already been serving the citizens of Fort Bend in her position at the Fort Bend County Justice Center, Sarah DeLeon is excited to continue doing so in a private practice. Sarah joined Kerri’s team in late 2018, and her tasks as a paralegal encompass Probate and Guardianship. She approaches both areas of practice with the utmost compassion. Sarah is a wife and mother of three who stays active in her Fort Bend County Community. A proponent of a fit and healthy lifestyle, Sarah and her family take the time to exercise together regularly.
Legal Assistant
With a career in law spanning over a decade, Ari began as a legal assistant at a firm practicing Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Law. She gained experience working closely with Harris, Montgomery, and Fort Bend Counties and frequently uses her fluency in both Spanish and English to communicate with people of many different nationalities. After seven years in Real Estate Law, Ari switched areas of practice and worked as a legal assistant in Criminal Defense. She is now part of The Graham Law Group team, using her many skills and talents to help clients through the legal process. An active member of the Katy community, Ari most enjoys spending time with her daughter, sipping good coffee, and the occasional trip to Disney World.
