Kerri Graham

After 10 years in public education as a school teacher, Kerri attended South Texas College of Law. Kerri has been a proud Texas resident since 2021 and loves serving her community through excellent legal advocacy. Kerri is a trial lawyer who practices probate, guardianship, estate planning, family law, business law, and serves as a mediator in probate, guardianship and family law litigation. Kerri’s passion for families drives her desire to provide excellent advocacy alongside caring counsel. For Kerri, her ability to provide empathy to clients is key and strives to offer respect, dignity, understanding, and clear counsel to clients as they make decisions that affect themselves and those they love.

Kerri is the owner and founder of the Graham Law Group. When she is not in the office, Kerri loves spending time with her family, reading, and enjoying music and the outdoors. Kerri is an active member of her church and serves her community through her church and through other charity work.

Affiliations

Kerri is an active member and past president of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Texas Probate Law American Inns of Court, and has had the privilege of speaking and writing papers for Marriage Dissolution. In addition, Kerri partners with Brazos Bend Guardianship Program, Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program and other local disability non-profit organizations.

Kristen Walkenhorst

Kristen knew she wanted to become an attorney at a very young age and her pursuit of the legal field has been lifelong. Kristen attended Texas A&M University in College Station Texas and continues to uphold the Aggie core values in both in her practice and personal life. She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law, which she attended on academic scholarship before coming back to Texas to begin her legal career. Kristen’s legal background includes Family Law and Divorce, Estate Planning, Juvenile Law, Contested and Uncontested Probate Matters, Contested and Uncontested Guardianship, and Estate Administration. Kristen believes that honesty and integrity are paramount to the practice of law, and she continuously strives to guide her clients through the legal process with kindness and understanding.

Affiliations

Kristen is an active member of the probate chapter for Inns of Court and Women Generating Networking Opportunities in Katy. Kristen is also an active member of her church and gives back to the Katy community through her time and service.

Debby Sung

Debby is a dual licensed attorney in Texas and South Korea with a diverse legal and technical background. Prior to joining Graham Law Group, she worked with the
Environmental Defense Fund in Austin and Orchid Law in Houston. She has worked on commercial transactions, international infrastructure, and energy projects. With legal experience in both civil law and case law jurisdictions, combined with an engineering foundation, she brings a unique perspective to complex international corporate matters.

Beyond her corporate practice, Debby has been actively volunteering for immigrant communities in Texas, particularly disability groups. Her extensive volunteer work has equipped her with insight and skills to provide compassionate and professional legal services to “people” in family law, estate planning, guardianship, federal benefits, and special needs planning. She approaches her practice with a deep understanding of people from diverse cultural backgrounds. For her, clients must receive thoughtful and tailored legal support in their family matters.

Debby holds degrees from The University of Texas School of Law (LL.M.), Kangwon National University School of Law (J.D.), Seoul National University (Civil and Environmental Engineering, M.S.), and Ewha Women’s University (Environmental Engineering, B.S.)

Outside of her legal practice, Debby enjoys reading books and spending time outdoors. She is an active adult leader in her son’s Cub Scout group and loves camping with him.

Robert Woller, III

Senior Paralegal

Before joining Kerri’s team in 2016, Robert proudly served a California non-profit providing for the needs of children around the world. During his time there, Robert used his data management and accounting skills to obtain federal grants which provided wheelchairs for children in third-world countries. As part of this task, Robert flew to India to personally deliver the much-needed medical equipment to the beneficiaries. These experiences aid him daily as he handles his tasks as a paralegal in the areas of Litigation, Family Law, and Estate Planning. Robert believes that details are important and carries out client service with excellence! Outside of work, his interests include spending time with his son, CrossFit, and reading.
 

Beth Reed

Paralegal

Beth Reed started her career in law in 2021 when she joined the Graham Law Group. Prior to joining the Graham Law Group, Beth’s career was customer service focused. Beth is a senior paralegal who loves litigation support and assisting clients with meaningful resolutions. Beth believes that it takes a team approach to offer clients support during their most difficult times. Beth primarily works with Probate, Guardianship and Family Law clients, but is happy to assist on any other matter in the firm. Outside of work, Beth loves to read and to spend time with her family, which includes her two beautiful children.

Mia Alvarado

Paralegal

Mia Alvarado joined the Graham Law Group in 2024. Mia loves helping people resolve their family matters and serves as a paralegal within the firm. Mia works with clients focusing on guardianship, estate planning, medicaid and probate. Mia speaks spanish and loves helping clients understand in their native language. Mia loves animals and children and spends her time outside of work with her wonderful family and her significant other.
